what type of maternity insurance does starbucks have?

Do you know what type of medical insurance they have at starbucks for their employees? Specifically I want to know if their is a waiting period on maternity coverage

    However, I pulled more detailed information off of this document: http://www.starbucks.com/aboutus/SB-YSB-US-HR.pdf

    They do have waiting periods for most of their benefits, unfortunately it doesn’t specifiy maternity leave waiting period on this link. But most companies have a 1 year waiting period or a 1500 hours of work logged (its a standard, I work in HR and that is typical). Once that year passes, you’re typically elligible for coverage under FMLA (read more about your FMLA rights here: http://www.dol.gov/compliance/laws/comp-fmla.htm).

    Also remember that regardless of Starbucks plan, you’ll still be eligible for disability pay (typically 2-4 weeks before baby and 8-10 weeks after – total of 12 weeks).
